The Ministry of Economy and Commerce (MEC) has announced a recall of 2013 models of Chevrolet Colorado due to a defect in the fuel reverting tube, the official Qatar News Agency has reported.
The recall is being carried out in co-operation with Jaidah Automotive, the dealer of Chevrolet vehicles in Qatar.
The campaign falls within the framework of ongoing co-ordination and follow-up by the MEC to ascertain the extent of car dealerships’ commitment to follow up on vehicle defects and repair them to protect consumer rights.
The ministry will coordinate with the dealership to follow up on maintenance and repair operations and communicate with customers to ensure implementation.
