Qatar’s desert gets ready for Qaher El Tou3ouse

Yannick’s track at Sealine in Qatar witnessed an epic desert-racing workshop during the week-end, where 10 quad bike and 10 motorbike racers participated in Red Bull Qaher El Tou3ouse workshop, led by the cross country rally, enduro and quad cross Qatari champion: Mohammed Abu Issa and motocross and desert rally UAE star Mohamed Balooshi.
It is worth mentioning that Qaher El Tou3ouse means the defeater of the dunes.
This private workshop was held with the objective to fuel up the desert-racing freaks with the right tips and tricks that will enable them to desert race like the pros, but most importantly get ready for Red Bull Qaher El Tou3ouse national competition, scheduled to be held in 2016.
Red Bull Qaher El Tou3ouse national competition is the first quad and motocross national competition event to be held in the heart of the city, where participants in each racing discipline will race separately following laps system.
Racers skills will be tested and they will be pushed to their limits, as the last racer of each lap will be eliminated till the last man to cross the finish line is crowned a winner.
Commenting on Red Bull Qaher El Tou3ouse workshop, Mohamed, one of the quad bike participants said: “Mohamed Abu Issa gave me great tips and advices that will help me put on a remarkable performance in next year’s Red Bull Qaher El Tou3ouse national championship.”
Red Bull athlete and Qatari super star Issa complemented the skills of the local desert racing scene saying: “I can see a noticeable improvement in the local scene’s talent, and I hope to see more Qatari talent pursuing this sport on a professional level.”
The 2016 event will be open to public who will be witnessing a guaranteed unparalleled thrill.
