The Qatar’s Ministry of Interior, represented by the public relations department, has won the first place in the awareness film competition 2015, organised by the General Secretariat of Arab Interior
Ministers Council.
The theme was “Speed and its role in traffic accidents”. The award was announced in the 39th Conference of Arab Police and security chiefs held in Tunis.
Dr Mohamed bin Ali Kouman, secretary general of the Arab Interior Ministers Council, awarded the prize to Brigadier Rashid Shaheen al-Atieq, director, control and inspection department at the Ministry of Interior (MoI).
The award highlights the efforts of the MoI to raise the awareness of the community.
