Ooredoo, QDF launch scratch-and-win contest


Ooredoo and Qatar Duty Free (QDF) have launched a competition that gives customers a chance to win QDF shopping gift vouchers worth up to $100 when buying an Ooredoo Passport card.
To enter the competition, customers have to buy their Ooredoo Passport card at QDF’s Ooredoo premium dealer at Hamad International Airport before January 31, 2016.
Customers who purchase an Ooredoo Passport from QDF will then be given a special scratch card, which will give them the chance to win one of three prizes, a discount of $50, $75 or $100 for purchases at Qatar Duty Free, according to a statement.
QDF has a wide range of products available for travellers, including perfume, food, clothes and souvenirs.
Ooredoo Passport card customers get 100 roaming minutes for all incoming, outgoing calls and 1GB of roaming mobile data in more than 60 countries. Ooredoo Passport also offers an extra 1GB of roaming mobile data for use in the GCC region.
The Ooredoo Passport works on all GCC networks. While roaming in the GCC region, customers can enjoy 4G speeds in the UAE (Etisalat), Saudi Arabia (Mobily & STC), Bahrain (Batelco), Kuwait (Ooredoo Kuwait) and Oman (Ooredoo Oman) at no additional cost, the statement adds.
