Cristiano Ronaldo has treated his supporters to the chance to see him in less familiar surroundings with a guided tour of his £4.8mn mansion just outside of Madrid.
Situated in the La Finca part of Pozuelo de Alarcón, the house boasts no fewer than seven bedrooms – one of which Ronaldo begins the tour in, revealing: “I spend nearly half a day here because to perform good and be at a good level you have to rest good.”
Ronaldo also showcases his dining room before finishing off with his garden, complete with hot tub, swimming pool, mini football pitch where Cristiano junior tries to emulate his father, and three Christmas trees.
“And here is where Cristiano plays football – the nets there. We also have a Christmas tree because soon it will be Christmas,” he adds. “I wish everyone Merry Christmas, have a good year and be happy – which for me is the most important.”
