VLCC introduces new anti-cellulite treatment

A new anti-cellulite treatment, 3D Shape Up, has been introduced by VLCC, a leader in the wellness domain, at its centres across the GCC countries.
It combines innovative technologies to achieve centimetre loss, skin tightening and fat reduction specifically around the hips and thighs, which tend to suffer from ungainly flab, uneven skin texture and dimpled skin, most commonly referred to as cellulite.
“Since cellulite will not disappear with routine exercises and dieting, the 3D Shape up treatment is the ideal solution,” said Vandana Luthra, founder, VLCC Group.
The 3D Shape Up treatment, complemented by suitable dietary modifications and activity patterns, enhances blood circulation and lymphatic drainage. The therapy stimulates collagen synthesis, resulting in centimetre loss as well as firm and tight skin on the treated area.
Prior to availing of the treatment, each client meets an experienced consultant for a body composition analysis. Each treatment session lasts 65-75 minutes and offers instantaneous results of about 300g and 4cm loss per session.
3D Shape Up is a five-step treatment, a combination of appliance, ampule and therapy, creates an ultrasound-like effect to detach the fat cells, stimulates metabolism and increases fluid elimination, speeding up the blood flow and producing energy by converting fats for muscle utilisation. The penetration of the 3D Power Dose and drainage is assisted by softer massage technique to drain excess waste products and reduce appearance of cellulite.
Clients are also recommended to a 20-30 minute aerobics session for most effective results. Equipped with a home care kit that contains VLCC Shapeup Anti Cellulite Oil & Gel - a unique Ayurveda formulation, when applied on hips and thighs, it facilitates the peripheral circulation thereby increasing the blood supply, oxygen and nutrient flow to the specific body parts.
The formulation, being rich in vitamins and minerals, helps break down the fat and cholesterol. The anti-cellulite treatment is conducted by an experienced slimming therapist or a physiotherapist.
