Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov will meet Qatar’s Foreign Minister, HE Dr Khalid bin Mohamed al-Attiyah tomorrow, and the conflict in Syria will be high on their agenda, Russia’s Foreign Ministry said yesterday.
