FUSO launches all-new range of trucks

New FUSO trucks with innovative features and dynamic new looks were launched in Qatar  at a recent programme by Al Wajba Establishment.
“We are delighted with the local response to the all-new FUSO range as its arrival became known some weeks back,” said Sheikh Abdulrehman bin Ahmed al-Thani, Chairman & Managing Director of Al Wajba Establishment, the authorised local distributor for FUSO’s medium/heavy-duty range of commercial vehicles and buses.
“The all-new FUSO range was launched earlier in some international markets with rave reviews and it has already received a number of prestigious awards,” he said. The 2015 all-new FUSO models have been so popular that the distributor had been accepting orders for the trucks well before its local launch.
Gopinath Shetty, General Manager, Al Wajba Establishment said: “Since we’ve helped our customers reach their unique goals, we knew we could provide an answer to the construction industry by launching the all new Fuso trucks.”
The all-new FUSO range is manufactured in the state of the art manufacturing facility in India at the  Daimler India Commercial Vehicles. The new FUSO  portfolio offers a wide range of product in the medium & heavy duty platforms.
Compared to the previous-generation FUSO, the new model takes on a more aggressive and aerodynamic stance with deeper sculpting of the bodylines and a bolder front.
For the all-new range, the thicker leaves for the rear suspension enhance both load capacity and durability. The aerodynamic design of the cab reduces wind resistance. While increasing fuel efficiency, it also reduces noise, for a quieter, more comfortable drive.
The all-new FUSO offers a modest increase in passenger and cargo volume. It also offers a more car-like driving position and enhanced driver comfort. The comfortable cabin reduces driver fatigue and increases productivity.
The steering wheel, and three way adjustable seats allow the driver to operate a range of features without taking their hands off the wheel, thus avoiding potential distractions.
The LED panel in the intelligent instrument cluster makes vital information more visible and alert sounds will be heard with the engine overheats. The trip mileage indicator makes it easy to monitor the distance travelled, average speed and fuel consumed.
An expressive colour choice is available for 2015 all new FUSO models. These include – Standard (Arctic White) and Optional Colors (Yellow and Coral Orange).
“From early indications, the all new FUSO is set to claim its place as Qatar’s best-loved trucks,” added Gopinath. “The great new features, innovative technology, and undisputed value for money in this new models sets these trucks miles apart from the competition.”
Al Wajba Establishment serves as a one-stop total solution provider for construction and other industries in Qatar, with supply and service of heavy vehicles and machinery including trucks, buses, construction machinery, air compressors, diesel generators and material handling equipment. The company offers customers an unrivaled choice of the best brands with exceptional standards of customer service and after sales support.
