Masraf Al Rayan has continued its tradition of recognising its long-term-serving staff with a ceremony held on Tuesday at the Sheraton Hotel-Doha.
The event was attended by chairman and managing director Dr Hussain Ali al-Abdulla and Group CEO Adel Mustafawi, senior executives and employees, and staff of Masraf Al Rayan and Al Rayan Investment.
During Mustafawi’s speech, he welcomed the attendees, noting the importance of cultivating the sense for belonging to the institution, which has become a financial and economic icon contributing in the development and growth of Qatar.
Mustafawi also reminded Masraf Al Rayan’s employees that management doors are always open to ideas and suggestions that may contribute to achieving the strategies and objectives of the bank and enhance its standing locally, regionally, and globally. He also highlighted the notion of maintaining the culture of teamwork to sustain progress.
He also presented the awards and certificates to staff that have completed five years in 2015, serving Masraf Al Rayan in acknowledgment of their loyalty to the bank.
