Wakra Quick Service Centre (Wakra QSC) has received the ‘Best Branch of the Year Award’ instituted by Abdullah Abdulghani & Bros WLL (AAB), exclusive dealers of Toyota and Lexus vehicles in Qatar.
AAB is giving the award for their company’s high performing service centres in recognition of their contributions to deliver the best practices.
The other awards are for Abu Hamour QSC (Best in TSM Achievement and Best Practice), Main Workshop (Best-in-Fix-it-right (FIR), Wakra QSC (Best in Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), and Golf Course QSC (Best in Safety Compliance). R K Murugan, chief operations officer, AAB, said: “We strive to continuously improve our performance, products and services to ensure customer’s delight. The award compliment the corporate values imbibed by AAB employees to provide the best customer service”.
Toyota general manager Yoshiyuki Koike and field operations project general manager (Bahrain representative office) Masayuki Fukumori and senior manager AAB National Service Division Muthuswamy Chinnappan were also present at the awards ceremony.
