Al Khalij Commercial Bank (Al Khaliji) has hosted its annual staff gathering in Doha. The event is a gesture of gratitude for the efforts of the bank’s staff and a celebration of its achievements as an institution in 2015. It celebrated a year “marked with milestone achievements, organic growth and remarkable performance for the group, as a result of staff determination and commitment, who also enjoy an environment of prosperity, innovation and creativity”, according to a statement. Al Khaliji’s annual gathering allows staff members to socialise in an informal atmosphere, fostering and deepening the sense of goodwill and creating an atmosphere of relaxed interaction, the statement adds. This year, the event provided an opportunity for the Al Khaliji team to celebrate the bank’s several accolades, including 2015’s Best Private Bank in Qatar by Global Finance magazine, and Best Premium Bank by the Banker Middle East, among others.
