HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani ratified Cabinet Decision No 6 of 2016 on the extension of leases of premises and parts thereof that are leased for non-residential purposes, governed by the provisions of Law No 4 of 2008 regarding Property Leasing and are in force on 14/02/2016, for one year starting from 15/02/2016, unless the lease provides for a longer period or the lessee does not intend to renew the lease, provided that the lessee is occupying the leased premises.
The decision is effective starting from February 15, 2016.
