Oil ministers to confer in Doha
Saudi Arabian Oil Minister Ali al-Naimi is to hold talks with his Venezuelan and Qatari counterparts in Doha today, sources told Reuters yesterday. The meeting was the latest sign of renewed efforts by Opec members to try to tackle one of the worst oil gluts in history.
