‘Overwhelming response’ to Omani food fair

An Omani food fair, organised recently in Qatar by A’Saffa Foods, Oman’s “fastest growing and leading home-grown food producers,” received overwhelming response from visitors.
A’Saffa Foods brand ambassador chef Issa al-Lamki was present at Family Foods Centre, Rayyan and Masskar Hypermarket, Maider.
He engaged visitors by reinforcing the brand’s ideology of healthy eating and living emphasising on the corporate philosophy - “Core values of healthy food, health and happiness”.  
Chef al-Lamki also hosted a live cookery show at both venues and dished out some of his healthy, nutritious and appetising signature dishes. Visitors also had the opportunity to interact and take pictures with the famous personality.  
A’Saffa Foods “mission is to bring consumers 100% naturally-fed, hygienically-raised, farm-fresh, halal, healthy chicken and nutritious and healthy value added processed products that taste great.”
Oman’s largest fully integrated poultry producer - A’Saffa’s Foods Farms and plant is located in Thumrait on a 40sq km area. A’Saffa poultry are fed with 100% natural fodder (yellow corn and soya), produced in a highly sophisticated factory, and slaughtered manually by knife (real halal) as per Islamic law.
Having the best-in-class technology and equipment at their plant, the company is ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and HACCP certified and has implemented it in all sections of their farm management procedures, while strictly adhering to the highest biosecurity and hygiene standards, thereby ensuring that their chicken are free from any disease.
