HE the Minister of Education and Higher Education Dr Mohamed Abdul Wahed Ali al-Hammadi inaugurated the Education Development and Training Centre yesterday.
On the occasion the Minister honoured the graduates of the centre’s first programme. Director of the Education Development and Training Centre Mona Mohamed al-Kuwari said during the ceremony that was held in Katara that the centre was the result of two years of hard work.
She noted that the centre will help achieve many of the ambitions in Qatar National Vision 2030.
The centre is currently providing training to 1,000 teachers, al-Kuwari said.
