The Oscars will air live and exclusively on OSN, the region’s leading pay-TV network announced yesterday.
Live action from the star-studded 88th Academy Awards is to be telecast on OSN Movies Premiere HD and streams on OSN Play on February 29 at 4.30am and the repeat at 8pm (both Doha time) on the same day.
The Oscars are organised under the theme ‘We All Dream in Gold,’ and hosted by comedian, Chris Rock.
“With fierce competition put up by blockbuster movies such as, The Revenant, The Martian, Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Mad Max: Fury Road, Joy and Steve Jobs this year’s Oscars is set to make for golden viewing,” OSN added in a statement.
