Qatar Golf Association officials pose for a group photo with players and officials from the GCC countries during the opening ceremony of the GCC Golf Championships (Senior and Under-18) which begins at the Doha Golf Club today. The event continues till Saturday (March 5). The four-day event has attracted a total of 37 players (20 senior and 17 junior) from the UAE, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman besides hosts Qatar. While the senior team will play four rounds, the junior team will be playing three rounds on the par-72 DGC course. Each country has sent two senior teams and one junior team for the four-day event.
