Thundershowers and strong winds are expected in the country on Sunday, the Qatar Met department has said.
Doha is among the places that are likely to receive rain on Sunday, according to the weather report.
The forecast for inshore areas says it will be misty in some places at first, followed by partly cloudy to cloudy conditions with a chance of scattered rain, which may be accompanied by thunder at times. The wind speed may go up to 25 knots in some areas during thundershowers.
Offshore areas will remain hazy to misty and see partly cloudy to cloudy conditions. There is also a chance of scattered rain.
The Sunday minimum and maximum temperatures are expected to be 16C and 28C, respectively, with the forecast for Doha being 20C and 27C.
