A delegation of Qatar Chamber (QC), headed by QC vice-chairman Mohamed Ahmed bin Tuwar took part in the 15th Jeddah Economic Forum in Saudi Arabia, with the topic, “Private and Public sector firms, towards an effective partnership for a better future.”
The QC delegation included honorary treasurer Ali Abdulatif al-Misnad and other officials.
The forum was organised by Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry in co-operation with the Saudi ministries of economy and planning, and commerce and industry from March 1-3. The event discussed the partnership between the government and private sector, in fields such as health, energy, water and electricity, housing, municipal affairs, transportation, airports and seaports, as well as sponsoring the youth.
Both government and private entities’ officials from different countries shared their experiences in the field and discussed how to benefit from them at different levels.
