Indian ambassador Sanjiv Arora had a meeting with the Director General of Public Security (chief of police), Ministry of Interior, Government of Qatar yesterday during which the envoy expressed his appreciation to the MoI and its officials for their co-operation and support to the matters concerning the wellbeing and welfare of the Indian community in the State of Qatar. They also discussed other issues of mutual interest. The meeting was also attended by the Head of International Co-operation Department HE Major General Abdulaziz al-Ansari and other senior officials of Ministry of Interior. Dr Mohammed Aleem, Third Secretary (Community Welfare) at the Indian embassy, was also present.
