HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani has sent a written message to French President Francois Hollande, dealing with relations between Qatar and France and ways of enhancing them. The message was delivered by Qatar’s ambassador to France Sheikh Mishaal bin Hamad al-Thani, during a meeting with the French President’s adviser for North Africa and the Middle East David Cvach, at the Elysee Palace.
