Qatar Post has urged Post Office (PO) Box owners to renew their subscription before March 31.
In order to receive mail in Qatar, one must use a PO Box, located in a number of convenient locations around the country and can be accessed 24x7.
PO Boxes, provided to both personal and business users, are available on annual paid subscription which commences on January 1 each year.
The annual subscription fee became due on January 1 and those who have not paid so far, should clear the dues before March 31 in order to avoid any disruption of service.
Subscribers who renew after March 31 will be charged a re-opening fee of QR100 to resume their service, provided the mailbox has not been transferred to another subscriber.
The PO Box renewal can be done at one of the 40 Qatar Post branches or via Qatar Post website www.qatarposts.com using credit card. Alternatively, use the QNB website or mobile apps www.qnb.com Easylink under utilities to settle.
