Doha Marketing Services Company (Domasco) has held its latest Associate Appreciation Day for associates at Sealine Beach Resort.
At the event, Domasco managing director Faisal Sharif thanked all the associates for their contribution to the company’s “record performance” in 2015.
Also present was Colin Cordery, regional managing director, who, in a speech to the associates, called attention to the importance of “doing ordinary things in an
extraordinary way”.
Several associates were recognised for their performance during 2015 and received awards presented by Cordery and Sharif.
Notably, Domasco’s ISO ambassadors of excellence were singled out for appreciation with a special award, commending them for the role they played in getting the company ready for ISO certification in “record time”.
The all-day event rounded off with activities such as a tug-of-war competition, won by the head office team, as well as mini cricket and football tournaments, won by the aftersales and head office teams, respectively.
After that, the associates engaged in the other available beachside sporting activities, including basketball, table tennis and beach volleyball.
