Qatar launch for Samsung’s Twin Cooling Plus refrigerators

The new Twin Cooling Plus refrigerators keeps fruit and vegetables fresher for longer
Samsung Gulf Electronics, in partnership with Techno Blue Qatar, has launched its new Twin Cooling Plus refrigerator line up, designed to enhance modern living and deliver a more comfortable home.
Samsung is the first manufacturer to bring its unique Twin Cooling Plus technology to the Top Mounted Freezer (TMF) refrigerator category.
The new Twin Cooling Plus refrigerators keep fruit and vegetables fresher for longer, and use the space in the fridge and freezer compartments more efficiently.
“This premium product offers unique customisation options that we are glad to be able to offer to consumers in Qatar,” said Vinod Nair, head of Consumer Electronics at Samsung Gulf Electronics.
K V Gopal, general manager of Techno Blue Qatar, observed that the conversion options available, thanks to the Twin Cooling Plus Technology, introduced a whole new world of optimisation.
“Samsung consistently stays ahead of the pack when it comes to product evolution, and we are happy to be introducing this new home appliance innovation in Qatar with them,” Gopal said.
The independent cooling system ensures that the right temperature and humidity level up to 70% is maintained throughout the fridge, so no matter where food is stored it stays fresh.
The Twin Cooling Plus refrigerator enables consumers to be flexible with cooling storage depending on their needs with five possible conversion modes. The true independent cooling system allows turning the freezer into a fridge when required. Or just turn off the fridge compartment when leaving home for a long vacation. The five modes are Freezer-Fridge, Energy Saving, Vacation, Fridge Max, and Mini mode.
The independent cooling system of the Twin Cooling Plus ensures separate airflows in both the fridge and freezer, thereby preventing strong smells from foods moving between the fridge and freezer, ensuring the original flavour of ingredients stored in the freezer is perfectly preserved and odourless.
No air movement between the compartments also means the freezer stays completely frost-free, prolonging the shelf life and the flavour of its contents. It also prevents the build-up of ice, removing the need to defrost the freezer.
The Twin Cooling Plus line up is introduced in up to 18 different models ranging from 850 litres to 390 litres. The RT85K, one of the biggest TMF refrigerator in the market at 850 litres, has a spacious storage capacity enough to easily store a week’s worth of grocery shopping for the whole family.
The Twin Cooling Plus line-up is now available in Qatar for a retail price ranging from QR1,699 to QR3,799.
