Mannai Auto Group has inaugurated its latest Quick Service Centre, for Cadillac and GMC vehicles, in Umm Salal.
The inaugural ceremony was attended by senior officials from Mannai Corporation, GM Middle East and a number of honorary guests.
The new Mannai Quick Service Centre is designed with the “most advanced technology and customer service management systems to ensure fast turnaround and ease of access to Cadillac and GMC owners who wish to complete routine vehicle diagnostics and servicing”, according to a statement.
Mohsen Abdul Mohsen, general manager - aftersales, Mannai Auto Group, said: “We are constantly aiming to elevate our aftersales offering and the Umm Salal branch offers a premium solution to our customers. We use the most advanced vehicle diagnostics and service technologies available, allowing us to make servicing quick and convenient for owners.
“The Umm Salal branch also offers genuine ACDelco parts and automotive fluids, plus a large range of genuine accessories for any Cadillac or GMC model.”
The specially equipped Quick Service Centres are manned by “expert technicians who have been thoroughly trained to diagnose and repair a full range of vehicles”, the statement adds.
Abdul Mohsen said the centre has been launched after running numerous simulations that enable Mannai Auto to deliver the fastest turnaround periods in each service category. Once a vehicle is logged into the system, customers will have a clear timeline for delivery and are closely supported by the service staff.
The centre also features a modern customer lounge with various amenities for customers who are scheduled to receive their vehicles in a short service period.
