Jumbo Electronics has announced the launch of the Jumbo Mega Promotion, which will run until April 16.
The mega promotion is bigger than last year’s and is giving away gifts worth over QR1mn to customers, the retailer has said in a statement.
Under the promotion, customers will get one scratch card for every purchase worth QR1,000 in a single invoice.
For example, those shopping for QR5,000 will get five scratch cards. Each scratch card gives an assured gift to the customer.
Gifts such as restaurant vouchers from Nando’s, Gerry’s Grill, Royal Indian, portable speakers from JBL, Superman-branded speakers, AKG earphones, LG mobile phones, LG smart watches, wrist watches, Cross pens, LG refrigerators, LG washing machines, LG air purifiers, LG projectors, sound bars from JBL, LG 65” Ultra HD TV and others can be won.
There is a bumper prize as well as part of the “scratch & win” promotion - a holiday package for two to an international destination through Regency Travels & Tours. The winning customer can use the gift voucher to travel to a destination of his/her choice.
Jumbo Electronics has partnered with Nando’s, Gerry’s Grill, Royal Indian and Regency Travels & Tours as its gifting partners.
Customers can also click a selfie with the “Big Selfie Bag” at any Jumbo showroom and upload it on Jumbo’s Facebook page to win prizes. Three winners will be chosen every week.
In addition, “special and exclusive” offers are available on a range of LG, JBL, Brother, Indesit, Oscar and other brands at Jumbo Electronics. Jumbo is also accepting pre-booking for LG’s latest laptop, LG Gram, which is described as the “world’s lightest laptop” at 980gm.

Customers have more than one way to earn loyalty points as Jumbo is giving double points on its Jumbo Digits Loyalty Programme. Customers can also earn and redeem points on Nojoom and Air Miles.
Moreover, customers enrolling for Jumbo’s loyalty programme, Jumbo Digits, can get a free Al Abeer Medical Centre privilege card, which will get them a 50% discount on consultation fees and 15% discount on medical tests.
Meanwhile, customers choosing to buy a one-year extended warranty will get six months more for free; similarly, those buying a two-year one will get one-year extended warranty for free.
