Cityscape Qatar 2016 will feature more than 60 exhibitors who will showcase a wide range of real estate opportunities to homebuyers, private and professional investors, as well as key industry professionals from Qatar, the region and around the globe.
Known as the largest international real estate development and investment event in the country, it will be held under the patronage of HE Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa al-Thani, Qatar’s Prime Minister and Interior Minister.
Now in its fifth year, Cityscape Qatar 2016 will be held from April 26-28 at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre amid recent announcements from Qatar National Bank that the Qatar government has focused 49.2% of its $70bn to $80bn diversification drive in real estate.
“Cityscape is the world’s leading portfolio of real estate events and provides an opportunity for exhibitors and attendees to come together and ensure that both their brands and projects are seen by influential stakeholders,” exhibition director Ahmed Zakaria said.
In addition, Cityscape Qatar has recently confirmed Just Real Estate (JRE) as its platinum sponsor. The Qatari-based real estate company will be launching at this year’s event a number of projects including the architecturally impressive tower, ‘THE e18hteen’.
The luxury commercial office tower located at Marina Commercial District in Lusail City, will offer approximately 34 floors of office space.
It is positioned to attract both local businesses and international corporations.
“Cityscape Qatar provides us with the ideal platform to discuss projects in detail with key industry professionals and to be an active part of the dialogue around both the construction and real estate sectors in Qatar,” JRE chairman Nasser al-Ansari said.
