Mannai HEG fetes loyal customers

Mannai Heavy Equipment Group (HEG) has hosted a special awards night for customers.
The event, hosted in partnership with Caltex, DAF, Eicher, Grove and JCB for their customers in Qatar, brought together around 500 of the company’s top customers and partners.
The awards appreciated loyal customers of the respective brands and also included a special recognition for top customers in the parts, lubricants, sales, service, wholesale and aftermarket divisions of Mannai HEG.
Khalid Yousef, general manager of Mannai HEG, said: “These awards are an extension of Mannai HEG’s philosophy of judging the health of our business not by quantity, but by the quality of the services we provide and the success we have in retaining and building on our partnerships.
“These awards recognise the loyalty of our customers and demonstrate our appreciation for their commitment to keeping us on our toes while managing their full range of needs.”
Mannai HEG works closely with its global partners to maintain its strong relationships in the market. “With over two decades of experience in Qatar, Mannai HEG has been a trusted partner to construction, infrastructure and rental companies that have been responsible for contributing to Qatar’s growth from a budding frontier market to a major regional growth hub,” according to a statement.
Some of the results of the company’s efforts in recent years include first place in the Middle East and Africa under the Caltex Distributor Programme, an elite distributor award from Grove Cranes, recognition as the largest JCB excavator dealer in the world and more.
