Ezdan Real Estate launches official website

Ezdan Real Estate Company, a subsidiary of Ezdan Holding Group, recently launched its official integrated website - www.ezdanrealestate.qa - in a bid to facilitate communication with customers and home seekers.
The new website offers users updated and easy search services for Ezdan properties and residential units. It also provides an array of information on all services offered by the company along with the ability to contact the customer service centre through direct e-mail, according to a statement.
The company has also noted that the number of tenants at its units and villages exceed 85,000, of whom 70,000 live in the Al Wakrah and Al Wukair villages.
The website includes different e-services that are aimed at helping facilitate communication with Ezdan customers. It gives the public and potential tenants an opportunity to get more information about the real estate services provided by the company, the statement notes.
Ali al-Obaidli, CEO of Ezdan Holding Group, said the launch of the Ezdan Real Estate official website is in line with the “Saken” service for integrated leasing, which operates for over 13 hours a day.
“Our strategy is based on the integrated development of Ezdan assets and facilities by providing various services in order to smoothly meet clients’ needs and review potential tenants’ applications in a technical way,” he said.
The CEO noted that the launch of the website would effectively contribute to easing the communications and contracting process at the two customer care centres allocated for Al Wakrah/Al Wukair and Doha, respectively.
Further, al-Obaidli pointed out that the group was planning, for the coming phase, to complete ongoing construction works and continue the revamp of about 20,000 units. The renovation includes replacement of furniture and change of appliances.
Efforts are being made to turn these units into environment-friendly ones through the installation of water- and electricity-saving devices that will help rationalise consumption, it has been observed.
The new Ezdan Real Estate website consists of seven sections, which include information about the company, its projects and maintenance and development services offered in Ezdan villages and compounds, in addition to the “Saken” service and a section for direct communication with customer care centre personnel.
The website has a search engine for available properties and units within Ezdan and there are also provisions for enquiries and receiving completed surveys for service assessment.
The media section is one of the main components of the website as it provides the company’s latest news and events undertaken within the framework of social responsibility. The site also includes links for direct access to the company’s pages on various social media platforms.
Ezdan Real Estate Company has this year introduced a series of improvements and services, most notable of which is “Saken”. It provides integrated services and is supervised by a specialised team representing various departments, including leasing, maintenance, finance and customer service.
The team provides “high-quality services and customer service”, the statement adds.
This year, the company has also launched the Ezdan Discount Card programme, which gives card holders a chance to benefit from offers and discounts at 70 outlets in Qatar.
