A Doha Criminal Court has reviewed the case of an Asian motorist accused of causing the death of three persons and the injury of three others due to his reckless driving.
Local Arabic daily Arrayah reported on Wednesday that the motorist is accused of not taking necessary precautions while driving his minibus. However, the motorist denied any wrong doing and claimed that the vehicle was overturned due to the sudden bursting of a tire while driving. The case was adjourned for the injured to submit medical certificate with the percentage of physical disability they sustained due to the accident, and the legal inheritors of the dead victims to submit the necessary documents.
