Commercial Bank offers ‘exceptional summer loans’

Commercial Bank, Qatar’s first private bank, is offering exceptional rates on personal and vehicle loans this summer in anticipation of Ramadan and Eid from as low as 2.29%, with added discounts on travel and car-related products.
With Ramadan and the summer months fast approaching, Commercial Bank’s personal and vehicle loan campaign is designed to cater for customers’ needs during the holiday season, such as helping customers pay for annual getaways and family vacations.
Planning a holiday, whether it’s for a family or group of friends can be a financial burden with the need to pay for flights, hotels and visas, not to mention day-to-day expenses while abroad and purchasing gifts. With Commercial Bank’s low personal loan rates, financial planning for the holidays can be taken care of in advance, ensuring a smooth, stress-free summer period.
From now until July 30, Commercial Bank customers can enjoy exceptional personal loan rates from as low as 4.25% per annum (equivalent to 2.29% flat) for Qataris and 4.75% per annum (2.56% flat) for expatriates. All personal loans come with the added benefit of a 10% discount on any holiday booking made via Dnata Travels, reducing the cost of holidays even further.
Ramadan is a popular period for vehicle financing too, and with Commercial Bank’s competitively low rates and same day approvals, customers can immediately buy the car of their dreams.
Until July 30, vehicle loans start from as low as 3.69% per annum (1.99% flat) for Sadara customers and 3.89% per annum (2.10% flat) for non-Sadara customers. The first 250 customers applying for a vehicle loan below QR100,000 will receive a Woqood voucher for QR500 worth of petrol, while all vehicle loans for QR100,000 or more receive a window
tinting voucher worth QR1,500 with Zeibart.
Additional benefits with Commercial Bank’s vehicle loans this summer include a yearlong, all-inclusive motor insurance rate of 2.60% from Massoun Insurance Services the bancassurance channel of Qatar
Insurance Company.
On top of low rates, discounts and complimentary vouchers, Commercial Bank customers also benefit from same day approvals and dedicated banking support 24 hours a day.
Dean Proctor, EGM, chief consumer and private banking, said: “Commercial Bank is delighted to announce its annual summer loan campaign, which includes new offers and tailor made benefits also during Ramadan and Eid. We continue to put our customers first with competitive, affordable rates on personal loans and vehicle loans during this important time of year when customers need to finance their seasonal travel expenses, either to be with their loved ones for Ramadan and Eid, or simply for a cool summer getaway.”
