Sony launches new wearable Walkman

Sony has launched in Qatar its new wearable WS413 Walkman, which boasts of a tough, salt water and dustproof design.
A wire-free round and seamless shape makes the fit comfortable and perfect for slipping over the ear. The WS413 wearable Walkman is described as ideal for use while enjoying water sports such as kayaking or swimming.
The sleek design further eliminates drag interference. This has been enabled by the addition of an internal terminal which resists any accumulation of foreign particles and is highly corrosion-resist. A rustproof coating on the surface of the front case ensures that the Walkman is protected both inside and out.
The WS413 Walkman comes equipped with both everyday earbuds, and specially designed waterproof earbuds that are covered with a thin film to form a barrier against water getting through without compromising comfort.
The unique sealed structure equalises compression ratios, ensuring that the Walkman stays dustproof in a variety of environments. The supported temperature feature enables the WS413 to function from -5°C to 45°C.
The user can also choose to remain conscious of the voices and noises around, thanks to the new Ambient Sound mode. In-built microphones pick up ambient sounds, allowing the user to stay in touch with the surrounding environment without having to remove the device or lower the volume. The WS413 Walkman is priced at QR339.
