UDC to showcase The Pearl-Qatar

For the fifth consecutive year, United Development Company (UDC), a leading Qatari shareholding company, will be taking part in ‘Cityscape Qatar’ exhibition, the largest real estate development and investment exhibition in the region.
UDC is showcasing the progress and development of its landmark project, The Pearl-Qatar at the three-day event that opens today at Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre in West Bay.
As a mixed-use development, The Pearl-Qatar occupies a prime location just off the coast of Doha’s West Bay. Distributed across architecturally distinct precincts, The Pearl offers apartments, villas, townhouses, diverse leisure and entertainment facilities, award-winning marinas and beautiful serene beaches.
The Pearl-Qatar stand at the exhibition will highlight the different districts of the Island, each with its distinguishable features.
Showcasing a variety of retail and residential properties, Qanat Quartier, with a colourful Venetian character, is carefully planned around intricate canals and pedestrian-friendly piazzas.
Proximity to water is a feature of all townhouses, with many enjoying direct views over the beach and come even featuring roof-top gardens.
Boutique-style shopping and kiosks add to the intimate village feel and provides a heart for the community that thrives there.
Medina Centrale, known as the Town Centre of The Pearl-Qatar, features 538 Mediterranean-style mid-rise apartments. As well as retail covering an area of 700,000sqm featuring a wide selection of food and beverage outlets, the precinct will be also be exhibiting its latest offering of an indoor shopping complex called Souq Al Medina.
UDC’s most awaited project for The Pearl, Abraj Quartier towers, with its cosmopolitan setting, is described as a modern-day interpretation of time-honoured styles and themes, and its two beacon-like office towers flank the main access road and serve as the main gateway to the whole Pearl development.
This development consists of two 42-storey towers, each housing a panoramic floor of breath-taking views.
The Pearl-Qatar’s standing as a key figure in residential development is further bolstered with the example of Giardino Villas.
Nestled in beautifully arranged gardens, Giardino Villas are available in plot sizes of 520 to 1,570sqm.
Viva Bahriya is a haven for water sports enthusiasts. Architecturally themed to echo the very best of the Maghreb – with Moroccan-styled townhouses and apartments, Viva Bahriya is lapped by a warm, inviting sea, the antidote for those with busy, hectic lifestyles.
UDC is further extending this district with the addition of its new iconic development “Abraj AlMutahida” (The UDC Towers) in Viva Bahriya, which is planned to feature a sky-walkway.
