Alfardan Automobiles launches new aftersales promotions

Alfardan Automobiles, the official importer of BMW Group vehicles in Qatar, has announced the launch of new aftersales promotions to “give existing customers further peace of mind” throughout the lifecycle of their vehicle, including AC checks ahead of the summer heat.
“With two BMW and MINI service centres across Qatar, Alfardan Automobiles has ensured complete cover for all of its customers, with the latest promotion giving 2009 model owners and older the opportunity to purchase original spare parts and installation - all in an exclusive package,” the company said in a statement yesterday.
This has been done to ensure that customers of older models are able to continue buying original parts for better functionality and safety of their vehicles.
Helping avoid any AC breakdowns during the hot summer months, Alfardan Automobiles has also launched three exclusive AC repair packages - Recharge, Refresh and Recharge & Refresh. Customers can pick the one that suits them the best, with each offer including a set of check-ups and tests to ensure that they are fully covered and protected this summer, the statement said.
The Recharge package offers cleaning and disinfecting the evaporator and air duct system, treating air vents and dashboard as well as a complementary air freshener start pack.
The Refresh package includes the draining and refilling of the refrigerant and lubricant, leak checks, operating system pressure check in addition to exclusive packages on spare parts and air vents.
The final package - Refresh & Recharge – includes the benefits of both packages in one.
Ihab Allam, general manager of Alfardan Automobiles, said: “The host of new offers is our way of showing loyal BMW customers our support. We also understand the risk and dangers of using fake parts on your vehicle and we are continually trying to warn our customers of these dangers, and incentivise them to go for original parts.
“As we approach the hot summer months, we also ensure that our customers are ready and fully equipped for the heat, as it is essential to check all elements of the car to give them peace of mind and safety.”
