5,000 visited Ezdan’s pavilion at Cityscape Qatar

Ezdan Holding Group’s pavilion at the recently held Cityscape Qatar 2016 attracted a turnout of 5,000 visitors comprising prominent figures and real estate developers, as well as people interested about the group’s five mega projects, which will be launched in the coming months.

During the event, Ezdan Holding Group unveiled its ambitious agenda of projects expected to see light in the coming months. Ezdan will launch five projects, including an integrated multipurpose project, two projects in the hotel industry, and two others in shopping malls sector. The ventures were categorised as “huge” in terms of size and cost, in addition to their target market and strategic locations across Qatar.

Ezdan Holding Group CEO Ali Mohamed al-Obaidli said: “We are happy for the huge turnout of visitors at our pavilion; we have participated in the exhibition this year as an extended base of realty exhibitors and developers were present with the aim to showcase our distinct Ezdan brand in the world of real estate and architecture in addition to the group’s remarkable contribution to the massive construction boom taking place in Qatar.”

During Cityscape, Ezdan Holding Group revealed details of the Great Ezdan Oasis project dubbed “the land of a million.” The project is a residential compound, including housing buildings of two floors, in addition to residential units, offices, and other commercial properties in Al Wukair.

The project consists of a variety of 9,346 units, five clubs, and eight mosques, including two big mosques and a large hypermarket over an area of 245,000sqm, two schools over a 478,000sqm, and an office building spread over 2,965sqm.

During the exhibition, Ezdan Holding Group presented its two mall projects in Al Wakrah and Al Wukair, and noted that the two malls are in the final finishing process before opening to the public by the end of 2016.

In the framework of its efforts to strengthen leadership in the hospitality and tourism sector, the group revealed the completion of two luxury hotels and is gearing up for the inauguration in the coming period.

Both hotels feature luxury and indulgence: Ezdan Palace Hotel, a four-star hotel and includes well-designed 210 rooms, located at the heart of Doha on Al Shamal Road and is considered the first-of-its-kind in the region, while the Curve Hotel, which is overlooking the Arabian Gulf waters, boasts of 64,000sqm area. Ezdan owns a strategic stake in the hotel amounting to 32.5%.
