United Cars Almana receives Mopar’s ‘best performance’ award for 2016 first quarter

United Cars Almana (UCA) has received the “Best Performance” award in the first quarter of 2016 from the international Mopar Awards Committee for its “relentless commitment to deliver world class customer service and support.”
“The Mopar Performance Award is a tangible result of our commitment to putting the customer first — it reflects our dedication to training and development as a customer-centric company,” said Gurdeep Singh Multani, general manager of UCA.
Mopar, the service, parts and customer-care brand of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA), distributes more than 500,000 parts and accessories in over 150 markets around the world.
“Established in 1937, Mopar is the reference brand for all original parts and accessories for all FCA brands,” said Maher Abdalla, director of Mopar Service, Parts and Customer Care, FCA Middle East.
Mopar parts are engineered together with the same teams that create factory-authorised specifications for FCA vehicles.
From parts to accessories and maintenance to repairs, Mopar has been the single-resource for Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram and SRT vehicles for over seven decades.
“Our focus has always been to give our customers total peace of mind. UCA offers a comprehensive Mopar offering, and our customers know that they don’t need to go elsewhere, which is evident in our high level of repeat customers.
“They can customise their cars using Mopar genuine accessories, which come with a factory warranty and have total confidence in the top quality workmanship consistently delivered by UCA,” Multani said.
UCA carries a wide range of genuine Mopar accessories for Jeep, Dodge, and Ram vehicles, all of which can be installed at the UCA workshop with the added benefit of a warranty at affordable prices.
Existing customers can also take advantage of the added reassurance of a Mopar Maxcare Extended Warranty.
