Joyalukkas Jewellery has received the Dubai Service Excellence Scheme Award for ‘Best Service Performance Brand’ from the Dubai Department of Economic Development. The scheme promotes excellence in customer service standard in the private sector and recognises businesses that provide excellent service to their customers. Sheikh Mansoor bin Mohamed bin Rashid al-Maktoum presented the award to Joy Alukkas, chairman and MD, Joyalukkas Group.
