As part of its efforts to enhance sustainable and safe transport in the country, Mowasalat participated in a two-day workshop hosted by the National Committee for Traffic Safety.
Taxi Management Office manager Ali Hassan al-Emadi addressed the subject of safety and security enhancement in public transportation at the event which concluded yesterday.
Al-Emadi explained the important and advanced technologies applied to enhance safety and security in the operations of Mowasalat’s fleet of public transport buses, and taxis.
Robert Makondo, Karwa Driving School operations manager, highlighted the objectives and recommendations to overcome the challenges and support for the National Committee for Traffic Safety.
Mowasalat managing director Khalid al-Hail said “the company is growing in strength and confidence to emerge as a first choice provider of innovative transport solutions.”
He hailed the National Committee for Traffic Safety for its strong agenda in bringing together the stakeholders and educating them to adopt the national safety agenda and strategy in their own field and industry.
