In celebration of the final match of the Emir Cup 2016 that is set to take place next week, the Qatar Football Association (QFA) is organising fun-filled activities this weekend in Villaggio Mall for all football fans in Qatar.
The activities will take place from May 12-13 between 6-8pm and will be located near Go Sport shop. Fans will also be able to buy their final match tickets from the ticket booth between 4-10pm. The activities feature a number of games for all fans and include face painting where fans can have their face painted in the colours of their favourite Qatari clubs.
Onsite printing will also be available and fans will have the chance to dress up in football props, snap a photo and share on social media using #EmirCup hashtag or print them on site to keep a souvenir of this year’s tournament.
A football juggler will also be performing to show awesome football tricks and teach fans and kids new tricks.
Futchi rebounder, the revolutionary game system which combines fun with skill development, will also be available for the fans to try. Players will play by kicking the ball against a spring net that rebounds the ball to their opponent or themselves. The activities will be a meeting point for fans to take part in the Emir Cup fever and buy their final match tickets.
The final match of the Emir Cup 2016 is set to take place on May 20 (Friday) at the Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium (Al Sadd stadium).
QFA also organised the same fun activities at Souq Waqif last weekend where hundreds of fans enjoyed the activities and bought their tickets to be part of the Emir Cup 2016 festival. The activities will move to Gulf Mall on the weekend of the final match and will take place from May 18-19.
