Around 3,000 health card-holders registered temporarily with the Airport Health Centre will be transferred to new Al Thumama Health Centre, slated to open by the end of this month.
Dr Mariam al-Jabir, director, Airport Health Centre, has been quoted by local Arabic daily Arrayah saying that registration at the Al Thumama Health Centre is still going on and those who want to transfer from the Airport Health Centre can either register electronically or submit a request to the Airport centre to transfer their
health files to the new centre.
Besides, SMS have been sent to the card-holders of the Airport centre to follow such
procedures.
The Airport Health Centre has currently 109,000 registered card-holders and receives around 450 cases every day.
