Qatar Airways recently hosted a bowling tournament for its partners within the travel industry in Qatar. The networking event, organised by the airline, took place at Qatar Bowling Centre. In a statement, the Doha-based carrier said the event - which was organised to “engage and strengthen relationships” with local trade partners - saw an attendance of more than 250 guests. The tournament participants were divided into teams with each travel agency competing against industry colleagues. The highlight of the evening was the recognition of the top three highest performing male and female participants, each of whom received special gifts. In addition, the top three teams received special gift hampers from Qatar Airways.
