Qatar Olympic Committee secretary general Dr Thani al-Kuwari speaks at the Olympic Council of Asia Regional Forum for National Olympic Committees of West and Central Asia at Wyndham Grand Regency Hotel here yesterday. The forum is one of the biggest OCA events and will bring together 19 countries from the region. The number of participants reached 76 representatives, including 43 participants from Olympic Committees and 33 participants from Organising Committees of Combined Games.
