The Emir met Secretary General of the United Nations Ban Ki-moon, President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi of Yemen, Afghan President Mohamed Ashraf Ghani, President of Mauritius Dr Ameenah Gurib-Fakim, Niger’s President Mahamadou Issoufou, Foreign Minister of Argentina Susana Malcorra, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Elmar Mammadyarov, Minister of Energy and Mines of the Dominican Republic Antonio Emilio Conde, Senior Minister of State for Defence and Foreign Affairs of Singapore Dr Mohamed Maliki bin Osman, Carolyn B Maloney, a member of the US House of Representatives, Foreign Minister of Costa Rica Manuel Gonzalez as well as Rachida Dati, a former French minister of justice, member the European parliament and Mayor of the 7th Arrondissement of Paris, and President of the 70th Session of the UN General Assembly Mogens Lykketoft.
During the meetings, they reviewed a number of topics on the Forum’s agenda, and exchanged views issues of common interest.

Separately, HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa al-Thani also met a number of ministers participating in the 16th Doha Forum, at Doha Sheraton Hotel, yesterday.
The Prime Minister and Minister of Interior met with Britain’s Minister of State for the Middle East and North Africa Tobias Ellwood, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Costa Rica Manuel Gonzalez Sanz, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Argentina Susana Mabel Malcorra, President of 70th UN General Assembly Session Mogens Lykketoft, Pakistan’s Minister of Defence Khawaja Mohamed Asif, UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon and Afghan President Mohamed Ashraf Ghani.
During the meetings, they reviewed a number of topics on the Forum’s agenda and exchanged views on a number of issues of common concern.
