Qatar Duty Free (QDF) and Doha Bank are offering customers a special shopping promotion to enjoy across QDF’s selection of fashion, beauty and gourmet food boutiques available in Hamad International Airport (HIA).
Until July 31, travellers holding a Doha Bank credit card will enjoy 10% savings when they shop at QDF stores.
Passengers will discover an array of products inside HIA’s departure terminal, from cosmetics to designer labels, which make “perfect purchases for those venturing on summer vacations as well as for business travellers who are keen to benefit from the offer”, according to a
statement.
QDF’s shopping emporium in HIA was recently announced as the world’s fifth “Best Airport for Shopping” at the 2016 Skytrax World Airport Awards. “The wide selection of luxury and affordable brands available, together with the competitive prices offered and the retailer’s outstanding customer service levels, were all recognised as part of the award,” the statement noted.
QDF senior vice-president Luis Gasset said, “Summer is a key time for travellers, and as such is an important time for Qatar Duty Free to reward customers with an offer on one of the most extensive collections of brands and luxury boutiques available.
“Qatar Duty Free is committed to offering our customers added value by working with partners to deliver such generous promotions, as well as the very best in quality, service and variety.”
Doha Bank Group CEO Dr R Seetharaman said, “Doha Bank and Qatar Duty Free have successfully worked in partnership to deliver a number of promotions for passengers at Hamad International Airport over the years. While last year’s 10% cashback promotion was an immense success, we expect this year to be an even greater success.”
Passengers can choose from a “wide variety of duty-free products at amazing prices” from brands such as Tiffany, Burberry, Tag Heuer, Chopard, Bulgari, Harrods, Michael Kors, Coach, Godiva chocolates and Swarovski jewellery as well as gifts from
Marmalade Market.
