HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani has received a written message from the President of Djibouti Ismail Omar Guelleh pertaining to bilateral relations and issues of common interest. The message was handed over by the ambassador of Djibouti to Qatar Mumin Hassan Barre when the Emir met him at the Emiri Diwan Office yesterday. On the occasion, the Emir awarded the outgoing ambassador the Sash of Merit in recognition of his role in promoting relations between the two countries, wishing him success in his future assignments. The ambassador expressed gratitude to the Emir and the State’s officials for the co-operation he received during his tenure.
