Doha Bank has announced the official opening of its new branch, relocated to the ground floor of City Center Doha from the first floor.
The opening of the relocated branch is in line with Doha Bank’s strategy to meet the needs of its customers more efficiently, and comes just a week after the inauguration of the state-of-the-art Al Gharrafa Dahl Al Hamam branch.
“Our national branch network is of vital strategic importance to us and forms an integral part of our multi-channel approach to serving our customers,” said Doha Bank CEO Dr R Seetharaman.
The relocation of the City Center Doha branch to the ground floor will make it easier for cardholders and customers to access banking services. Proximity to the parking lot is ideal for busy customers.
The branch features an increased number of counters to process customer transactions, thereby reducing waiting times significantly, as well as a novel and easy-to-navigate layout with convenient access to a comprehensive range of digital banking solutions, including the DBank Mobile service
and Apple Watch banking.
In addition to the new full-service branch, Doha Bank also has an auxiliary branch located at the City Center Doha entrance, which handles cards services covering debit card issuance and delivery, credit card replacements, as
well as cheque book collection.
The relocated Doha Bank City Center Doha branch will be open seven days a week, from 9am to 9pm from Saturday to Thursday and from 4pm to 9pm on Friday.
With 30 branches, Doha Bank boasts of the second largest banking network in Qatar.
