HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Ahmed bin Abdullah bin Zaid al-Mahmoud and Dr Martin Ihoeghian Uhomoibhi, the Joint Special Representative and AU/UN, Joint Chief Mediator for Darfur and the Chairman of the mission of (UNAMID), yesterday held a meeting in Doha with the delegations from Sudan Liberation Army/Movement chaired by Mini Arko Minawi and the Delegation from Justice and Equality Movement chaired by Dr Jibril Ibrahim. Talks during the meeting focused on the possibility of the two movements joining the peace process on the basis of the Doha Document for Peace in Darfur (DDPD) and the views of the two movements in this regard.
