Meritorious students from Gulf English School’s (GES) secondary section, AS and IB Class of 2016 were felicitated during the Graduation Day. Sheikh Faisal bin Qassim al-Thani presented the certificates to 24 IB and 75 AS graduates. Special awards were given to Ahmed Mashadi, Malika Mamdova, and Maryam Farid. Principal Mona El Helbawi, head of secondary David Frame, sixth form head Daniel Langfield and exemplar GES alumnus, Nawal Mir, from the Class of 2013, spoke.
