Ooredoo has announced the launch of a new promotion that offers benefits to all Shahry and Hala customers as part of the company’s #CloserConnection campaign during the holy month of Ramadan.
With the promotion, all Shahry customers can subscribe to a Special Ramadan Data Pack with 6GB of data for QR50, 50% off on the usual price of QR100.
The aim of the campaign is to ensure that customers can share more greetings and Ramadan moments over the Ooredoo Supernet, the company has said in a statement.
The 6GB of data will be valid for one month from activation and users can subscribe by sending “RDP” to 114 via SMS.
In addition, Hala customers will be able to enjoy a daily boost of local or international minutes or data whenever they spend QR5 from their main balance during the holy month.
Hala customers need to opt in for this “Daily Deals” promotion by sending ‘RDD’ to 121.
To check the daily deal offer, customers should dial *129*25#. The promotions will be valid until July 15.
“These offers have been designed to give back to customers during the holy month by connecting them to the Supernet and enabling them to share Ramadan greetings with friends and family online,” Ooredoo said.
This Ramadan, Ooredoo will also take part in a wide range of community and charity initiatives, including hospital visits, children’s activities and random acts of kindness across the city as part of its #CloserConnection campaign.
