A delegation from Aspire Zone Foundation (AZF) recently visited the orphans care centre, ‘Dhreima’ as part of a series of scheduled visits to several social institutions during the holy month of Ramadan.
In a press statement, AZF said the visit demonstrates its commitment towards the local community by reaching out to social institutions, to spread joy amongst children, families and the elderly.
Dhreima’s officials welcomed AZF’s delegation and expressed their appreciation for the visit that brought joy and happiness to children of the orphanage. Dhreima takes a keen interest in interacting with various institutions and sectors in Qatar as part of its community engagement efforts.
Prior to Dhreima’s visit, the AZF delegation visited the Shafallah Centre for Persons with Disabilities and spent time with the children. “With the spirit of compassion being central to Ramadan, such visits leave a positive impression in the employees’ minds and increases their interaction and coherence with the community,” AZF noted.
